Implementation Director - Sunburst

The Implementation Director - Sunburst has the leadership responsibility for the implementation team and the implementation process for all new Sunburst customers. The Implementation Director is responsible for the overall implementation strategy which is inclusive of the tools/resources utilized during implementations as well as the Vendor Management System (VMS) partnerships.
The Implementation Director will work closely with the Directors of Business Development, National Director of Operations, Corporate Support team, and the assigned Program Management team to make sure there is a seamless transition from the sales process throughout the entire implementation period up until operations is established.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Leads implementation presentations for prospective Sunburst customers
+ Leads team development strategies and ensures implementation team is adequately staffed
+ Responsible for evaluating, improving, and maintaining all implementation tools/resources
+ Partners with the proposal team to ensure the necessary implementation related content is built and maintained to support responses to RFPs
+ Maintains partnerships with current VMS providers and leads the evaluation process for prospective VMS partners while ensuring all necessary Sunburst stakeholders are involved in any new partnership decisions
+ Ensures the implementation team can adequately support the BD team with any (VMS) demos for prospective customers
+ Facilitates the adoption of new customers through support, communication and training for all Sunburst suppliers and customer stakeholders
+ Coordinates the supplier onboarding process with the Supplier Engagement Team in order to meet the overall implementation timeline
+ Facilitates problem solving and requirement gathering sessions with customers and internal Sunburst team members
+ Organizes and leads customer status calls with new Sunburst customers and internal stakeholders
+ Manages and measures results around implementation success, ongoing customer evaluation, business results, and process improvement/optimization
+ Maintains the Sunburst sales and training databases for VMS demonstrations
+ Supports the Sunburst leadership team in implementing product strategy and technology/implementation road-maps
+ Pursues opportunities to improve process by fostering feedback loops, documenting and sending an agreed upon plan to all stakeholders
+ Acts as a positive influence and role model on the team, contributes to team morale and success
+ Performs other duties as assigned/necessary
Minimum Requirements:
+ BA Degree Business, or other related fields preferred
+ 7-10+ years of experience with implementation and customer success
+ Must be able to work varying hours based on customer availability
+ Business Operations or finance experience
+ VMS knowledge and experience
+ Strong customer service and communication skills required
+ Must be able to work effectively as part of a team while maintaining a strong attention to detail
+ Strong computer proficiency required and proficiency in Windows XP Professional, Microsoft Office suite software programs, internet usage, and learning program design systems and software
+ Ability to effectively elicit/provide information to and from appropriate individuals (including, but not limited to, supervisors, co-workers, clients) via strong communication skills; proficiency in the English language is required
