Implementation Coordinator
Job Description We are seeking an experienced professional to support a strategic transition involving Smartsheets. The role involves implementing a solution using Collections across the organization. Responsibilities + Collaborate with the internal team to design and deploy Smartsheets Collections tailored to departmental needs. + Build and configure reports, dashboards, and workflows within Smartsheets. + Coordinate with users to gather requirements, set up access, and ensure proper configuration. + Provide training and onboarding support to end users. + Troubleshoot issues and offer guidance on best practices for Smartsheets usage. + Assist with admin center tasks, including user provisioning and permissions management, if access is available. Essential Skills + Proven experience with Smartsheets, including reports, dashboards, and workflow automation. + Familiarity with Collections / WorkApps and their role in Smartsheets architecture. + Prior exposure to the Smartsheets Admin Center is a strong plus. + Excellent communication and coordination skills. + Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience supporting enterprise-level Smartsheets rollouts. + Background in training or user enablement. + Understanding of the operational environment or similar industries. Work Environment The role involves working with advanced software tools such as Smartsheets and Collections. The position may require flexibility in managing multiple priorities and interacting with users across the organization. Job Type & Location This is a fully remote contract position based out of Columbus, OH Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00/hr.
