Job Description

Fiix is on a mission to build better maintenance teams by connecting customers to the tools, resources, and technology they need to join the future of maintenance. We help our customers drive better outcomes with easy-to-use, AI-driven maintenance software, an open ecosystem, pre-built integrations and the industry expertise they need for maintenance success.

Rockwell Automation acquired Fiix in December 2020. Our relationship with Rockwell gives us access to more resources, connections and expertise in the industrial automation space while maintaining our individuality and creative freedom as a high-growth SaaS company. This acquisition allows Fiix to offer our employees the best of both worlds.

As an Implementation Consultant you will help our clients implement and adopt the Fiix CMMS throughout their organisation through onsite and remote consultation sessions. You will train clients' employees on product functionality, communicate information about the implementation process, and guide and support our clients through each project milestone until successful launch of their new software is achieved.

You will report to the Manager located in Canada nnd work fully remote.

Your Responsibilities:Be a sole or primary contact for clients during the implementation phase of their journeyHelp clients to take full advantage of our industry-leading technology and deploy solutions in a manner that encourages end-user adoption, minimizes "time to value", and supports expansion over timeEngage directly with clients to understand their requirements, identify implementation success factors, develop best-fit solution designs, and configure the CMMS to meet their specific needsManage client expectations; identify implementation risks, capture and disseminate key project decisions and insights, and control project scope, quality, & timelineDevelop and deliver client training programmes, including the creation of client training material (e.g. documents and videos)Assist clients with the collection, loading, and configuration of dataDevelop client reports and dashboard KPIs & widgetsSupport system integrations between Fiix & ERP systemsRecord project progress and store all project artefacts in a central repositoryCollaborate with teammates to identify CMMS & implementation best practicesHelp train new Implementation ConsultantsTravel up to 40% of the timeMeasure of Success: customer feedback, use %, contribution to team projects

The Essentials - You Will Have:Bachelor's Degree required

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:1+ years experience in a software implementation role; SaaS and CMMS software experiencePrior experience in the Maintenance and Reliability industry considered an assetPrior experience translating customer requirements into workable software solutionsPrior experience in Project Management leading small and medium software implementations; including experience developing work-breakdown structures and managing project plansValid driver's licence and PassportProficiency in German and Englisg language
