Implementation Consultant

The Clinical Implementation Consultant is a clinically focused Subject Matter Expert for Senior Living and Long-Term Care customers. This role will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to lead customers through software implementation, providing training and guidance on best practice workflows.  

 

Let’s talk about Responsibilities

Skills developed through Senior Living and Long-Term Care industry experience, or similar consulting experience, will best support the following responsibilities:

Deliver proficient clinical consulting services to drive complete and successful adoption of MatrixCare products and services for Senior Living and Long-Term Care customers.

Provide workflow guidance to customer decision makers with thorough understanding of best-practices, MatrixCare clinical performance, and related reporting tools.

Educate learners of all abilities in classroom settings and via remote sessions.

Serve as Subject Matter Expert to e-learning content team, and key presenter for monthly, webinar-based customer trainings.

Maintain strong communication regarding customer status, consulting, escalations, and satisfaction, externally and within the implementation team.

Ability to utilize analytics tools to drive customer success.

Simultaneously lead multiple customer implementation projects of varying size and scope.

 

Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience

Prior experience within the Senior Living and Long-Term Care industry.

Basic understanding of Organizational Change Management principles. 

Attention to detail, professional presentation skills and ability to work with complex projects.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.

Bachelor’s degree; preferably in Nursing or Healthcare Administration.

Healthcare software implementation and/or training experience for clinical teams.

Experience implementing/training software users in a highly diversified environment.

Ability to travel up to 75%

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.

At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  A reasonable estimate of the current base range for this position is: $72,000 - $107,000

​For remote positions located outside of the US, pay will be determined based the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
