Reporting Line:Team Lead / Agile Team Lead
Mission StatementAs a Migration Consultant, your primary responsibility is to lead the transition of client solutions from Enterprise eTIME to ADP Workforce Manager. This includes applying ADP’s Migration Methodology and utilizing the Navigator Tool to ensure a seamless and high-quality migration experience.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting client workshops to gather product and integration requirements. Performing unit testing to validate solution quality. Guiding clients in preparing and executing testing activities, including integration with HR/Payroll and third-party systems. Key Responsibilities Integration & Testing Deliver and support training sessions; update training materials and prepare training environments. Assist clients during Testing and Go-Live phases. Support data cleansing, mapping, conversion, reconciliation, and troubleshooting. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of project documentation (e.g., Configuration Audits). Execute client handover following ADP’s standard methodology. Project Planning & Management Apply ADP Workforce Manager strategically to minimize risk and maximize client value. Actively participate in team forums, knowledge-sharing sessions, and mentoring activities. Provide regular status updates to the Project Manager and Line Manager. Escalate project risks, scope changes, and delays as needed. Facilitate training and knowledge transfer within the Migration Team. Demonstrate expertise in ADP migration methodology and issue tracking processes. Collaborate with internal teams (TSG, Hosting, Client Services, Project Management, Product Management) to ensure exceptional client service. Other Duties Perform additional related tasks as assigned. Skills & Competencies Professional demeanor with strong client relationship management. Experience working in global, multicultural environments. Consulting expertise in aligning business requirements with ADP templates. Proficiency in migration and support methodologies. Effective time management and multitasking across multiple projects. Leadership in solution implementation and team coordination. In-depth knowledge of Time Management product configuration and design. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio). Client-centric approach with a focus on long-term satisfaction. Solid understanding of business processes related to Global Time Product modules. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree (required).
