Position Summary

Responsible for performing functions associated with all manufacturing and/or system operations, such as working with engineers and manufacturing in set-up and calibration tasks, system support, preventative maintenance, failure analysis, documenting/following standard operating procedures, as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the process and production of memory chips and logic. Uses sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct in-line adjustments to products, instruments, equipment, or processes. Determines and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process. Requires compliance with all health, safety and environmental management system guidelines.

Role and Responsibilities

Practice 6S in the office and fab. Hold safety as the number 1 priority. Look for opportunities to reduce safety risks in all procedures and daily operations.

Follow SOPs, PTPs, and Out of Control Action Plans (OCAPs) to work efficiently, safely, and cost-effectively.

Perform Electrical, Pneumatic, and Mechanical troubleshooting.

Perform Mechanical assembly and disassembly.

Perform PM (Preventive Maintenance) and BM (Break down Maintenance) on Implanter and Anneal tool sets.

Skills and Qualifications

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Strong mechanical aptitude highly desired

Ability to read and interpret engineering specifications, maintenance manuals, and have familiarity with a variety of precision measuring instruments

Effective verbal and written communication skills
