Main responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing commercial team responsible for the Dupixent portfolio across RomaniaSet clear objectives, monitor performance metrics, and drive accountabilityDeliver ambitious sales targets and drive sustainable top-line growth for the franchiseImplement Go to Market transformation initiatives to optimize commercial effectivenessDevelop and execute strategic commercial plans aligned with business objectivesBuild strong relationships with key stakeholders including healthcare professionals, payers, and patient organizationsManage commercial budgets and ensure optimal resource allocationMonitor market dynamics and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunitiesEnsure all commercial activities comply with local regulations, industry codes, and Sanofi's ethical standardsCoach and develop team members to achieve their full potentialCollaborate cross-functionally with medical, market access, and regulatory teams

About you

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field; MBA or advance degree preferredPrevious leadership experience managing commercial teams of 5+ peopleProven track record in immunology, dermatology, respiratory, ENT or specialty care productsDemonstrated success in launching and growing specialty pharmaceutical productsExceptional leadership and team management capabilities with ability to inspire and develop talentStrong strategic thinking and business acumen with data-driven decision-making approachOutstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsFluency in Romanian and EnglishStrong business acumen with experience in budget management and P&L responsibilityProven ability to work in matrix organizations and influence without authorityResults-oriented mindset with focus on delivering measurable outcomes
