Job Description
The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for utilizing the proprietary system to update all information pertaining to client letters and contract information. This includes updating letters, researching, and collaborating with Senior Leadership. The role involves prioritizing tasks and demands a strong attention to detail.
ResponsibilitiesPerform data entry with excellent typing skills and attention to detail.Support and research deficiency letters as required.Communicate effectively both internally and externally.Respond to emails from internal and external customers based on current projects.Adapt to a fast-paced environment where priorities and assignments change as needed.Essential SkillsProficiency in data entry.Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.Administrative support experience.Strong customer service skills.Research skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience as an Administrative Assistant or related role.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook.Clerical skills such as scanning and filing.Experience in supporting departments like HR, Marketing, Documentation, Legal, and Titling.Work Environment
The position is based in a brand new office. The work schedule is from 9 AM to 5 PM, fully in-office.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
