**Immediate Hirring For Forklift Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to efficiently transport unfinished and finished materials using a sit-down Toyota propane forklift equipped with a clutch brake. You will be responsible for loading and unloading trailers, utilizing an RF scanner, and operating a touch screen computer to access product locations. Your role will also involve handling bundles of cardboard and preparing them for printing. **Responsibilities** + Operate a sit-down Toyota propane forklift to move materials. + Load and unload trailers using forklift and RF scanner. + Utilize a touch screen computer to determine product locations. + Load bundles of cardboard onto lines for printing. + Remove plastic wrapping and paper inserts from bundles. + Transport bundles to and from machinery and docks. + Stage, wrap, and unwrap materials as needed. + Adapt to fast-paced machinery and workflow. + Operate a clutch brake with multi-pedal control. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 3 years of experience with sit-down propane forklift. + Proficiency in operating a clutch brake. + Ability to handle materials without skids or pallets. + Experience in material handling. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with corrugated materials. + Familiarity with highly automated environments. **Why Work Here?** Join a medium-sized, well-organized plant that values quality over speed. The environment is highly automated, offering a laid-back yet efficient workflow. Steel toe boots are required for safety, and you may occasionally work on Saturdays. The role includes first shift hours from 6 am to 2 pm, and second shift hours from 2 pm to 10 pm, with initial training on the first shift for two weeks. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
