**Immediate Hiring for Production Workers/Food packers position- Can start ASAP** **Need someone who has food handling experience in Warehouse or Production experience** **Job Description** + Prep and assemble products according to specifications. + Comply with HACCP-plan and food safety requirements. + Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment. + Ensure cases and pallets are configured safely and in accordance with standards. + Maintain a scheduled production flow to meet team business goals. + Exhibit regular and consistent punctual attendance. + Notify management of any potential food safety or quality issues. + Handle standardized situations with minimal variables. + Display strong attention to detail. + Understand written and verbal policies, guidelines, specifications, and safety standards. + Work overtime as required, even on short notice. + Operate on a flexible schedule based on production needs, with starting times that may vary. + Perform basic math skills. + Operate manual and automated processing equipment. + Communicate with management regarding any work-related or personal issues. + Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). **Please apply to the job posting by submitting your application.** **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
