**Job Title: Manufacturing Assembler** **Job Description** We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Assembler with basic assembly and machine operating experience to join our production team. This role involves assembling electronic and mechanical components, performing quality checks, and collaborating with engineers to improve processes and product quality. **Responsibilities** + Assemble electronic and mechanical components using manual and semi-automated tools such as drivers, wrenches, and soldering guns. + Perform repetitive and non-repetitive production assembly operations on modules, boards, chassis, frames, and cables. + Conduct in-process quality checks and perform rework or repairs as needed. + Operate machines and perform setups/changeovers. + Read and interpret engineering drawings. + Maintain a clean and organized work area. + Participate in training programs to stay current with new techniques and technologies. + Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ISO standards, and other regulatory guidelines. **Essential Skills** + Former experience working in the manufacturing industry. + Experience performing basic assemblies. + Basic machine operating experience. + Ability to perform laborious job duties. + Proficiency in reading blueprints. + Skills in soldering, both surface mount and through-hole (nice to have). + Mechanical assembly skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with surface mount and through-hole soldering is a plus. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic and supportive team that values innovation and continuous improvement. Training will be provided on the 2nd shift. While there is no heavy lifting, you will be standing all day and may need to move boxes at times. Expect a lot of repetitive work. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Vista, CA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.50/hr.
