Job Description
In this role, you will primarily work with specific customer accounts, focusing on maintaining strong relationships. You will handle customer service calls via phone, email, or fax, and answer inquiries such as shipment or billing questions. This position allows you to build great relationships and become familiar on a first-name basis with your customers.

Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, totaling a 37.5-hour work week. The dress code is business casual. You will work in a small company with an open office layout, where everyone shares a large office space with individual desks. There is room for growth in terms of salary and responsibilities.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.50/hr.
