Job Description
The crane operator is responsible for safely operating company cranes within certification permissions using a variety of equipment including the National 2019 NTB 33 Ton Boom Truck, National 2019 NTB 45 Ton Boom Truck, and Terex 80 Ton RT Crane. Each piece of equipment is regularly inspected and maintained to meet high performance and safety standards.
ResponsibilitiesOperate cranes within certification limits to lift, move, position, and reposition loads or materials.Set up, break down, and reposition cranes multiple times a day.Communicate effectively with crews across multiple divisions.Operate additional equipment such as forklifts, boom lifts, and scissor lifts.Maintain the cleanliness of the crane and assist with material deliveries.Receive accurate rigging direction through verbal or hand signals.Assist in performing routine maintenance and complete pre- and post-trip inspections.Essential SkillsExceptional attendance and adherence to safe work practices.Maintain a valid NCCCO certification.Possess a valid Class A CDL driver's license.Ability to safely operate cranes within certification requirements.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to lift and move heavy equipment and materials safely.Capability to operate other heavy equipment including forklifts, boom lifts, and scissor lifts.Good communication skills for coordinating with different teams and divisions.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $72800.00/yr.
