As a Customer Experience Representative, you’ll be the first in-person point of contact for customers selling their vehicles through an online platform. Your role is to ensure a smooth, friendly, and professional experience from start to finish. You’ll travel to customer locations, complete vehicle inspections, and guide them through the final steps of the selling process—all while delivering top-tier customer service.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage 6 to 8 customer appointments per day, traveling in a company-provided vehicle.Provide a warm, professional greeting and guide customers through the vehicle handoff process.Conduct a visual inspection of the vehicle and complete digital paperwork using a tablet.Accurately document all necessary information in the customer tracking system.Maintain a safe driving record and follow all driving policies and procedures.Collaborate with team members and assist with additional tasks as needed.What You BringA customer-first mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills.Self-motivation and the ability to work independently while staying aligned with team goals.Comfort with using technology such as tablets and mobile apps.A goal-oriented attitude and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.RequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Must be 18 years of age or older.Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.Ability to lift light items and be on your feet for extended periods.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
