Specific Responsibilities: + Responsible for special activities or projects assigned by the Comptroller. + Responsible for the full completion of the Area Manager's assignments. + Ensure that all import and export activities comply with local, federal, and international customs regulations, including classification and licensing. + Responsible for requesting time extensions for the "SICEX" system for the import of new products. + Monitor shipments from origin to destination, collaborating with agents, carriers, and freight forwarders to minimize delays. + Responsible for requesting time extensions for the "PROSEC" system to reduce import taxes. + Conduct physical audits of products to be imported and exported, such as machinery, equipment, etc. + Prepare import invoices for temporary and permanent materials, machinery, and tools. + Prepare export invoices for temporary and permanent finished products, scrap, machinery, etc. Experience: + 1 to 3 years of experience in similar positions. Education: + Bachelor’s degree in international business or equivalent. Knowledge: + Knowledge of Mexican Customs Law + Knowledge of the TIGIE (General Import and Export Tax Law). + Knowledge of the Customs Program (Vastera) + ERP system management, preferably QAD. + Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. + Knowledge of Incoterms, HTS codes, and trade compliance regulations such as ITAR, EAR, etc. + Experience in international logistics, customs, or supply chain management.
