Job Description
Title: IMC & Social Manager
Responsibilities:
• Build and implement end to end IMC campaigns (618/D11; Gifting; Silver economy; Travel season…) covering insights digging, brand communication, consumer activation, content production, consumer journey design, etc. aiming to enhance brand awareness, establish brand desirability, drive consumer engagement and new members recruitment;
• Plan and execute holistic owned social content calendar across digital/social channel. Drive execution excellence to develop high quality and impactful contents across all key social channels to aggressively drive followers/engagement/new members recruitment;
• Work closely with RBU/Sales/CRM to drive and elevate consumer experience to contribute on consumer scale and efficiency;
• Stay sensitive to market opportunities. Capture latest digital & social initiatives across digital outsite & EC insite platforms, as well as competitor trends and intelligence, be able to drive meaningful innovation in consumer activation by partnering with internal & external partners incl. key accounts/ digital channels/KOLs/communities;
• Work closely with drive timely implementation of campaign end to end landing, coordinate with internal & external partners to monitor performance and take quick action for optimization.

You will report to Philips IMC and Social leader, collaborate with many other teams including RBU, CRM, PR, Media, EC, Offline, Insights team etc.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
• Master or Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred);
• +8 years working experience in marketing incl. brand/digital/social marketing is a must;
• Strong understanding of consumer marketing and social sense, solid experience in IMC & social marketing to connect brand marketing with business result;
• Ability to manage disruptive situation; strong collaboration spirit with cross functions; strong ownership & people agility; creative and passionate;
• Maturity to independently manage large projects and strong influence power;
• Entrepreneurial spirit, result-driven and strong analytical justification for all decisions;
• Strong English and Chinese communication skills, both written and verbal.
