TEKsystems is Hiring Multiple Imaging Technicians for a project in South Bend Indiana! Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Imaging Technician to support the deployment of a cloud-based Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS), specifically Visage, across the health system. This role is critical to ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems to a modern, cloud-native imaging platform that enhances diagnostic workflows and patient care. Top 3 Required Skills: + Experience with System Imaging & Deployment Tools + Proficiency with tools such as SCCM, MDT, Clonezilla, or similar for imaging and configuring workstations. + Diagnostic Workstation Configuration Experience + Windows Experience. + Healthcare Provider IT experience + Experience working in healthcare IT environments + supporting those end users. Key Responsibilities: + Assist in the imaging and configuration of computers and workstations to support the new environment. + Collaborate with IT, radiology, and clinical teams to ensure hardware compatibility and software readiness. + Perform system imaging, software installation, and configuration of diagnostic workstations and viewing stations. + Support network connectivity and peripheral setup (e.g., monitors, dictation devices, printers). + Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure systems meet performance and security standards. + Provide on-site and remote support during go-live phases and post-implementation. + Maintain accurate documentation of imaging procedures, configurations, and deployment status. + Troubleshoot and escalate technical issues as needed to IT or vendor support teams.
