Job Summary Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Imaging Specialist to join our Global Records and Information Management team.
In this role, you will be responsible for high-speed document preparation and scanning accuracy, ensuring that physical records are meticulously converted into high-quality digital assets while maintaining strict record integrity.
What You’ll Do In this role, you will:
Execute Digital Conversion: Perform essential document preparation (removing staples, sorting, and filing) and operate scanning equipment to convert hard-copy files into electronic images with a focus on quality and clarity.
Manage Information Workflow: Follow production procedures and complete internal tracking documentation to manifest and box records for secure shipping, ensuring all deadlines are met at a sustained pace.
Ensure Operational Excellence: Collaborate with the team to maintain record order and sequence while ensuring all activities comply with Iron Mountain’s safety, security, and organizational standards.
What You’ll Bring The ideal candidate will have:
0-1+ years of experience in a production-oriented environment where accuracy and manual dexterity are required.
Strong knowledge of PC operations and comfort using computer-related products to track and process data.
Proven ability in detail-oriented tasks, specifically the ability to work independently, maintain record sequence, and handle the physical requirements of bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
What We Offer
Salary details: $18.00 per hour.
Shifts: Two Options:
Shift A: Monday – Friday: 11:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Part-time)
Shift B:Saturdays: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Part-time)
