ResponsibilitiesManage the organization's construction projects from planning to completion.
Develop project plans/budgets and manage multiple construction projects.Coordinate, direct and monitor construction activities to ensure completion of construction in accordance with the project plan/budget.Serve as project liaison with internal and external parties to communicate/obtain information and resolve conflicts.Track and control construction costs against the project budget to avoid/manage payment disputes and cost overruns.Develop design and construction documents assuring they meet code, regulatory, and accreditation standards; conform to the functional/space program; meet aesthetic standards; include all required systems; meet facility standards; comply with the project budget; and include benchmarking requirements.RequirementsLicensure / Certification / Registration:
Engineer preferred. Licensure required relevant to state in which work is performed.Education:
