You’ll use imaging devices to capture high-quality photos and external images **_for use in AI model training._** This is your foot in the door with an incredible client! You’ll need to bring a solid background in photography to support image data collection and annotation efforts. Using imaging devices to capture high-quality images according to detailed specifications, then individually processing both those and external images for use in AI model training. The ideal candidate will provide feedback on the data collection process and the tools used, helping improve systems quality and efficiency. **Key Responsibilities** + **Image Data Collection** + Capture structured, high-resolution image data using proprietary in-house devices (training provided). + Follow detailed scene composition, subject placement, and lighting guidelines. + Work across varied environments (indoor/outdoor, controlled/uncontrolled lighting) as needed. + Maintain proper handling, care, and setup of company-provided devices. + **Annotation Workflow Execution** + Apply labeling and annotation workflows using our internal tools. + Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across datasets. + Flag ambiguous cases or inconsistencies in labeling logic. + **Tool & Workflow Feedback** + Offer actionable suggestions to improve device usability, data capture workflows, and annotation tools. + Collaborate closely with internal teams to iterate on processes and address friction points. + Document observations related to data quality, edge cases, and tool performance.
