As an Integrated Laboratory Solutions (iLS) Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing, organizing, and implementing high-quality specialist engineering and coordination tasks. You will play a vital role in supporting laboratory operations by ensuring that a wide range of laboratory equipment is properly supported, maintained, and functioning smoothly. This role requires close collaboration with engineering teams and lab personnel to deliver high-quality service across daily lab workflows.
Responsibilities
+ Coordinate and support day-to-day engineering activities within the laboratory environment.
+ Assist with troubleshooting, organizing, and implementing solutions for a broad range of lab equipment.
+ Partner with internal teams to ensure technical tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and according to established procedures.
+ Maintain documentation, track equipment needs, and support continuous improvement efforts within the lab.
+ Provide hands-on support to help maintain smooth lab operations and a safe, well-organized workspace.
Essential Skills
+ Experience with laboratory equipment and inventory control.
+ Strong organizational and coordination skills.
+ Ability to troubleshoot and implement solutions for lab equipment.
Work Environment
The role is based in a laboratory environment where you will collaborate closely with engineering teams and lab personnel to ensure smooth and efficient lab operations. You will be expected to maintain a safe and well-organized workspace while providing hands-on support as needed.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of San Diego, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
