You play an important role in the department, maintaining systems and performing tasks and activities that support our continuous improvement (CI) processes and culture. You help with data collection, ensure its accuracy, promote CI progress and keep track of the department KPI scorecards.
How you will contribute
You will:
Provide training on CI tools and techniques. You will also help departments follow our established daily management system (DMS)
Help teams collect data or extract it from the system to support CI activities and the DMS
Facilitate root-cause analysis to address identified losses and departmental KPI scorecard gaps
Establish new work standards to sustain improvement
Train and qualify colleagues on CI tools and new work standards resulting from CI activities
What you will bring

CI and high-performance work systems experience
Strong facilitation and communication skills to support team discussions on CI activities
Application of lean and/or TPM tools in a factory or operations environment
Ability to manipulate and validate data in manual and automated systems
Mastery of Excel and other data analytics tools
Organized and disciplined to support and educate on the DMS process
Logical and structured thinking to extract insights from data
We are looking for manufacturing leaders with strong, hands-on factory operations experience who have applied or worked with Manufacturing Excellence / IL6S principles as part of their roles.
Deep plant operations exposure is essential; formal IL6S or Manufacturing Excellence titles are valuable but not mandatory, provided there is a solid understanding and practical application of these frameworks on the shopfloor.
What this role is about
Driving Manufacturing Excellence / IL6S as part of day-to-day factory operations
Working closely with Plant Leadership, Production, Engineering, Quality, and SCM
Improving productivity, efficiency, cost, safety, and quality through structured problem-solving
Embedding standard ways of working (daily management, tier meetings, visual management)
Building capability and ownership on the shopfloor, not managing improvement from a distance
What kind of experience we are looking for
Strong prior experience in manufacturing/factory operations
(production, plant operations, manufacturing, maintenance, or operations leadership roles)
Working knowledge and practical exposure to IL6S / Manufacturing Excellence / Lean / TPM / Continuous Improvement
Proven ability to drive improvements on the shopfloor, alongside line leaders and operators
Backgrounds from FMCG, Pharma, Automotive, Chemicals, or large manufacturing setups
