What this job involves
This position leads strategic sourcing initiatives for Integrated Facility Management (IFM) within a major financial services client account. The role involves developing multi-year category strategies, managing supplier relationships, ensuring compliance, and leading high-performing sourcing teams to deliver operational excellence and sustainable savings while building strong stakeholder relationships.
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
Develop and execute multi-year category strategies and annual sourcing plans for IFM services within the client accountIdentify risks and opportunities for clients/stakeholders and recommend mitigation strategies to achieve company goalsManage sourcing compliance and controls while identifying improvement opportunities for functional leadersPartner with operations teams to provide guidance on standardized RFP/bid and contracting processesMonitor supplier performance and sourcing effectiveness through systematic, analytical methods and communicate results to business stakeholdersLead and participate in client meetings and strategy sessions to ensure alignment with sourcing objectivesMentor and coach team members on performance, progress, and developmental goals while fostering an inclusive team cultureRequired Qualifications:
10+ years of strategic sourcing experience in services or indirect categories related to facilities servicesPeople management experience with demonstrated leadership capabilitiesBachelor's Degree in Business or Supply Chain Management (or related field)Excellent PC skills with proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPointWillingness to travel within the U.S. (approximately 25% or 1 week per month)Ability to work remotely including on-site at client locationsStrong negotiation skills with ability to deliver win-win agreementsPreferred Qualifications:
MBA degreeCPM, CPSM, or CPSD certificationE-procurement experience, preferably with Jaggaer platformDemonstrated understanding of JLL Work Dynamics and Real Estate in Financial Services industryExperience with supplier performance management programsStrong presentation and communication skills for stakeholder engagementExperience working in complex matrix organizations with diverse teamsEstimated compensation for this position:
125,000.00 – 150,000.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
