What this job involves: This senior leadership role is responsible for overseeing Integrated Facilities Management across a multi-site portfolio, driving operational excellence, cost optimization, and strategic transformation initiatives. Based in the Albany market with hybrid flexibility, you'll provide executive-level oversight to key sites across the Northeast region including Waltham MA, Hicksville NY, Albany NY, Syracuse NY, and Buffalo NY. This position requires deep expertise in integrated facilities management encompassing operations, maintenance, energy management, capital planning, and sustainability initiatives. You'll serve as the primary liaison with senior clients and stakeholders while leading cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service outcomes that align with JLL's commitment to workplace innovation and operational excellence.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Oversee integrated facilities management operations across multi-site portfolio in Northeast regionEngage with senior clients and stakeholders to ensure service delivery exceeds expectationsManage contract negotiations, vendor relationships, and KPI/SLA performance monitoringLead financial planning including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization initiativesDrive transformation, standardization, and innovation across facilities management operationsUtilize technology platforms (CMMS, IWMS, CAFM, data analytics) for operational insightsTravel to key sites to maintain executive presence and oversightRequired Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in Integrated Facilities Management with multi-site portfolio responsibilityTechnical experience overseeing mechanical systems, electrical systems, building automation, and energy management.Proven track record managing operations, maintenance, energy, capital planning, and sustainabilityStrong background in contract management, vendor negotiations, and compliance managementExecutive presence with ability to engage senior clients and stakeholders effectivelyStrong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization experienceExperience leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational transformationFamiliarity with CMMS, IWMS, CAFM, and data analytics platformsPreferred Qualifications:
Regional leadership experience with readiness for head-of-line responsibilitiesProfessional certifications or involvement with CoreNet, IFMA, or similar organizationsExperience in standardization and innovation implementationBackground in risk management and regulatory complianceAdvanced degree in Business, Engineering, or related fieldExperience in workplace strategy and space optimizationPay Range: $175,000-$220,000
Estimated total compensation for this position:
175,000.00 – 225,000.00 USD per yearThe total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
