IDS Research Pharmacist

Reporting to the Pharmacy supervisor and Pharmacy Research Manager, you will perform various pharmacist functions pertaining to investigational drugs and clinical research. Some of these functions include: + Conduct all protocol-related duties including: study set-up, drug dispensation, study monitoring, close-out activities + Perform medication dispensing activities to deliver outstanding patient care + Support the Pharmacy Supervisor in ensuring compliance to rules, policies and regulations + Oversee support staff + Cultivate and model professional, collaborative relationship with pharmacy staff, medical professionals, support, and administrative staff + Demonstrate effective problem-solving and organizational skills + Adapt to the challenges of a rapidly changing health care environment + Advance a patient-centric focus to treat illness with integrity, innovation, and commitment At UCLA Health, passionate clinicians in a wide range of disciplines have enabled us to become a world-renowned health system with four award-winning hospitals and more than 270 community clinics throughout Southern California.
