**WHAT YOU’LL DO:**
The Identity Access Management Process Owner plays a crucial role in crafting, implementing, managing, and governing the Global Identity Management processes across all IT-related functions as part of our IT Service Management Team, and serves as the focal point for successfully introducing and managing changes within the business.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:**
+ Design and implement processes to develop Identity Access and Governance initiatives
+ Utilise ITIL as a framework, develop standard processes in a sophisticated, transformative organisation
+ Work closely with key collaborators across the IT and Business functions to ensure common understanding and working practices are adhered to, whilst continuously seeking ways and methods to improve
+ Apply governance to an auditable standard from not only a technical perspective but successful user adoption aligning to ITIL framework working to ISO27001 or similar standards ensuring standardised, simplified and scalable operations
+ Act as the focal point and lead for all Identity Access audits, compliance checks and risk assessments
+ Serve as the escalation point for all Identity Access complex issues as well as awareness training, education and adoption across the global business
**WHAT YOU’LL NEED:**
+ Demonstrable industry experience in defining, implementing and leading Identity Access Management whilst acting as an Identity Access Mangement role in a complex organisation that is experiencing significant transformation; aligned to both standard process, ITSM and ITIL frameworks audited to ISO27001 and/or Sarbanes Oxley frameworks
+ In-depth experience in handling identity in a business with a consistent track record of understanding the human aspects of identity management relating to the organisation with relevant techniques and strategies to minimise the impact and increase the adoption.
+ Ability to help drive strategic improvements and able to easily transition to tactical involvement and engagement.
+ Excellent communication and engagement skills across a diverse global organisation.
+ Experience in working with cloud-based IAM models and complex hybrid architecture
+ ITIL, ITSM and CIAM certifications, as well as strong project management experience are critical
+ Experience with ISO27001, Sarbanes Oxley. TISAX is helpful but not crucial
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant industry experience
