Our small but mighty team moves fast, thinks creatively, and believes in shipping products that users love. We're looking for a dynamic sales engineer to join our team and serve as the technical bridge between our innovative platform and potential clients. You'll demonstrate our ability to rapidly iterate and build custom solutions on top of our internal platform while working directly with prospects to showcase the art of the possible.

What You'll DoLead technical demonstrations with potential clients, showcasing our platform's capabilities through live prototyping and custom solution developmentRapidly prototype client-specific solutions during sales calls and follow-up sessions, turning ideas into working demos within hours or daysCollaborate closely with the CTO to understand technical roadmap and translate complex capabilities into compelling client narrativesPartner with the sales team to identify technical requirements and craft solutions that address specific client pain pointsDesign intuitive user experiences for client demonstrations, ensuring prototypes are both functional and visually compellingIterate quickly based on client feedback during the sales process, adapting prototypes and approaches in real-timeCommunicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, making complex platform capabilities accessible and excitingDrive technical discovery with prospects to uncover integration requirements and solution architecture needs

What We're Looking For:

Technical Experience:

3 or more years of web development experience with a focus on rapid prototyping and client-facing developmentStrong proficiency in modern web technologies including TypeScript, PythonExperience integrating AI/ML APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar) with demonstrated ability to quickly implement and iterateSolid understanding of both frontend frameworks and backend architecture patternsExperience with cloud platforms and modern development workflows

Design & User Experience:

Strong UI/UX design skills with ability to create polished, intuitive interfaces quicklyExperience with design tools and frameworks that enable rapid visual prototypingEye for detail and user experience principles that translate into compelling demonstrationsAbility to balance functionality with aesthetic appeal under tight timelines

Communication & Client Interaction:

Exceptional communication skills with ability to present technical concepts to diverse audiencesExperience in client-facing roles or technical sales environmentsComfort presenting live demonstrations and handling technical questions on the spotStrong ideation and problem-solving abilities that shine during client interactions

Rapid Prototyping & Iteration:

Proven track record of rapid prototyping and iterative developmentAbility to quickly assess technical feasibility and provide realistic timelinesExperience turning business requirements into working prototypes within compressed timeframesComfort working in ambiguous, fast-moving sales environments

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.

The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:

$107,469.00 - $182,697.00
