ICT Solution Coordinator 80-100% (f/m/d)

We are looking for an ICT Solution Coordinator 80–100% (f/m/d) to join us and help shape our IT landscape with a strong focus on service quality, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration.

  Which tasks will you perform?

You will:

• contribute to the implementation, support, and continuous development of company-specific IT solutions, ensuring stable operations.

• act as a key interface between users, technical teams, and management, connecting people and technology.

• analyze and optimize existing workflows and technologies to drive innovation in service management.

• manage external IT service providers and suppliers, ensuring quality and performance through effective vendor management.

• ensure high service quality based on ITIL standards and best practices.

• bring your expertise into strategic projects aimed at improving services and increasing efficiency.

  What do we expect from you?

You:

• hold a degree or equivalent education in (business) informatics or a related field, ideally with ITIL certification.   • have several years of experience in IT service management and are familiar with service desk operations.

• bring hands-on experience in developing customized IT solutions and managing external IT service providers.

• are proficient in using ITSM tools to improve services and processes.

• communicate clearly and customer-oriented, think analytically, and work in a structured and organized manner.
