About this opportunity:

We're now looking for "ICT Program Director/Manager" to be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of strategic, high-impact ICT programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and managing cross-functional teams, vendors and stakeholders. This role will lead the planning, execution, governance and continuous improvement of programs that span across cloud infrastructure, networks, software platforms and digital transformation initiatives, including greenfield and multi-domain environments

What you will do:

- Align with Ericsson strategy in large and complex business engagements and scope customer solutions.

- Identify and execute potential sales opportunities.

- Drive overall program planning and manage operational relationships with customers.

- Manage contract execution strategy, contract changes/amendments during execution, and risk exposure.

- Secure delivery compliance to both contractual and business case requirements.

- Accountable for overall adherence to OHS in execution and ensure CPMs in program are adhering to OHS requirements.
