A Day in the Life: As an Ice Plant Stacker, the role involves handling customer orders and preparing ice for delivery by safely stacking and verifying product accuracy. You will oversee loading and unloading trucks, filling merchandisers across multiple locations, and maintaining a clean, organized work area. Adherence to safety standards and operational protocols is critical. This position also assists with inventory tasks and contributes to daily warehouse functions in coordination with team members and leadership.

What You Bring to the Table

Operational Accuracy and Delivery Support

· Experience picking and stacking product for customer orders

· Proficiency filling merchandisers across multiple locations

· Ensures timely and accurate loading and unloading procedures

Safety and Inventory Awareness

· Is familiar and complies with OSHA/FSMA/MSDS safety standards

· Assists with physical inventories and product tracking

· Maintains a clean and hazard-free work environment

Equipment and Physical Capability

· Capable of operating material handling equipment and tools

· Comfortable lifting up to 100 pounds during extended shifts

· Performs physical tasks including climbing, bending, and stretching

Team Contribution and Reliability

· Functions effectively within team settings and accepts coaching

· Maintains predictable attendance and meets performance standards

· Communicates clearly with team members and adapts to evolving needs

Core Requirements

· Must be at least 18 years of age

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and perform physical tasks across the shift

· Comfortable reading, counting, and identifying product accurately

· Experience with warehouse safety protocols and equipment handling

· Able to follow work procedures and receptive and open to feedback

· Demonstrated teamwork and consistent performance standards
