Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Mailroom Supervisor to join our ICE Project .In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily on-site mail operations, ensuring the efficient and secure processing of all correspondence, packages, and financial documents.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

Lead daily mailroom operations by overseeing the secure screening, sorting, and routing of all incoming and outgoing correspondence and packages to ensure timely delivery.

Collaborate with government employees to process and track financial documents, including the endorsement and digitization of payments, while maintaining strict chain-of-custody protocols.

Ensure compliance with security standards by monitoring mailroom supply inventory and recording daily statistics to meet organizational and regulatory reporting requirements.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

Proven experience in mailroom operations, specifically in sorting, routing, and processing physical mail and packages.

Strong knowledge of mailroom logistics, including proficiency with mail metering, inserter machines, and scheduling pickups with carriers such as UPS and FedEx.

Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to rigorous security protocols when handling sensitive documents and financial instruments.

Required authorization and clearance, including the ability to pass an extensive Background Check, drug test, and a public trust investigation.
