JOB PURPOSE:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Deploys UL Quality strategy, governance and goals through SU specific projects and targets,Ensure that Unilever Quality Management System and Quality Digital Agenda is followed by SU Unit in his/her area of scope,Supports statistical process control tool implementation and process capability studies,Support Quality digitalization strategy, including Quality relevant digital tools, translate business need to functional requirement for the tools, and coordinate roll-out & implementation,Supports data collection, analysis and assignment to standard Quality loss trees in support of operational KPIs reporting,Coordinate Quality Pillar as part of the newly launched UMS Program,Collect, monitor, and manage required information, provide analysis,Reporting and presenting outputs with regular updates,Handling operational issues when they arise.To cooperate with production & engineering & planning teams to have proper procedures for the adherence to the plan.To prepare ICQA for export products and representing quality in export product projectsSupport ISO 9001 & FSSC & GMP implementations in relation to requirements of certification bodies.Provide leadership for developing and directing Product Quality Assurance and Quality Improvement initiatives throughout the whole Supply Chain.New products and new processes, cooperate with R&D and Engineering to make sure that all requirements are defined to ensure that production team can produce accordingly with the expected targetsWHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
SKILLS:
Fluent in English & Turkish, both written and spokenDigital native, analytical ability, and Statistical Process ControlFlexibility to adapt to different situations and ways of workingProblem solving and continuous improvement processEXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in Quality or Supply Chain.University degree in science or engineering fields, preferably food engineering.Standard MS Office tools knowledge is a must.LEADERSHIP:

As publicly announced, Unilever will separate its Ice Cream business which is expected by the end of 2025. This role will transfer to the new Ice Cream company.
