Job Description

GDIT has an exciting Vice President opportunity for an IC portfolio who will assume responsibility for the business portfolio (~$105M w/ 350 GDIT/subcontractor personnel of which 7 are direct reports & 7 programs) and strategic expansion within the IC market. Focus for this individual will be to provide leadership, people development and senior customer engagement to ensure revenue growth, profitability, capability expansion, and new business wins. 

The selected candidate will manage and achieve Revenue/Margin/Cash targets, deliver high quality enterprise IT and mission services to the IC customer, and support leveraging these services to adjacent customers as well as other markets across the Sector/Division/Company.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading and growing outcome-based IT services work/mission work within the Intelligence Community.  The candidate will possess customer relationships and understanding of Infrastructure and mission to bring/establish rapid credibility in this customer market.

HOW A VICE PRESIDENT, IC Portfolio WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Maximizing/improving program performance as evidenced by high customer satisfaction and continued successfully meeting KPIs/metrics.Predicting, identifying, and minimizing risk areas to the program and implement mitigation plans.Working with programs and stakeholders to successfully transition positions to follow-on contracts.Performs financial management services and has profit and loss responsibility for all Programs.Coordinates marketing, technical, and management efforts to maintain existing clients and to obtain new business.Develops and implements strategic and tactical plans related to business development and operations.Develops and directs the implementation of operating practices, policies, and procedures.Performs day-to-day management responsibilities including direction of personnel, budgets, projects, etc.Establishes and manages budgets.Supervises and directs the work of assigned staff, including subordinate managers and/or directors.Identifies and resolves problems related to Program operations.Maintains a current knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, procedures, and policies.Participates in special projects as required

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

● Education: Bachelor's degree required

● Required Experience: Ten (10+) years of leadership experience

● Required Technical Skills: P&L experience managing a $100M portfolio
● Security Clearance Level: Active TS/SCI with POLY
● Required Skills and Abilities: Demonstrable experience running a program

● Required Skills: Leadership experience
● Location: Herndon, VA on site
● US Citizenship Required
