This role will drive project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring innovative solutions are integrated into every phase. As Project Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, optimize workflows, and improve system capabilities. You will oversee timelines, manage risks, and ensure all milestones are met with quality and efficiency. A strong focus on continuous improvement and the ability to introduce new ideas and technologies is essential for success in this role. You will manage complex implementations, particularly with IBM Maximo or MAS, and will ensure successful delivery through strong leadership and collaboration. Your primary responsibilities include: * Manage end-to-end delivery of enterprise IT projects, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget compliance. * Lead IBM Maximo/MAS implementations or upgrades, coordinating with technical and business teams. * Apply project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) to plan, execute, and monitor projects. * Utilize tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, and ServiceNow for project tracking and reporting. * Engage stakeholders effectively, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. * Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure quality assurance for deliverables. **Required technical and professional expertise** * 5+ years of experience managing enterprise IT projects, preferably in asset management or ERP systems. * Proven experience with IBM Maximo or MAS implementations/upgrades. * Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies. * Proficiency in MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, and ServiceNow. * Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills. **Preferred technical and professional experience** * PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications. * Experience in cloud-based deployments and integration with enterprise systems. * Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management best practices. * Ability to manage multi-vendor environments and complex organizational structures.
