Summary: Seeking an IBM Mainframe Operator to support systems operations, troubleshooting, and technical monitoring in an enterprise data center environment.

Requirements:

High School diploma with 4+ years of experience U.S. Citizenship required Hands-on knowledge of Mainframe Operations Proficiency in logging on HMCs at both sites Knowledge of Basic Operator commands

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with IBM z-series Mainframes and IBM TS7720/7740 VTL Experience with z/OS operating systems and associated IBM software (JES2, TSO, ISPF, SDSF, JCL, FTP, VTAM)

Responsibilities:

Monitor and support mainframe systems operations Document service processes and maintain repository artifacts Provide monitoring support for mainframe LPARS across datacenters Address incoming calls and direct requests to system engineers if necessary Manage high priority ticket outages or major issues Verify batch jobs in the queue for execution and manage user requests

Pay Details: $38.00 to $42.00 per hour
