We help them tap into the latest technologies to achieve transformational outcomes and be more agile, innovative, resilient and better equipped to respond to disruptive change. **The opportunity** The IBM Global Alliance Relationship Director (ARD) is responsible for working with EY-IBM alliance and sales to manage the day to day aspects of the IBM alliance relationship – including relationship collaboration and governance, alliance program oversight, contracts and compliance management and performance intelligence. This is a great opportunity to work with people across the global as well as across multiple EY service lines and sectors. **Your key responsibilities** Your role will sit within the Alliance and Ecosystem Relationship team that provides alliance relationship management oversight for the top EY alliances. Specifically, the Global IBM ARD will work as part of the IBM Global Alliance teams working directly with IBM Global Alliance Leadership, counterparts within IBM and EY’s IBM alliance practice and account executives to coordinate and deliver upon of the objectives of the alliances. Your primary responsibilities will include: + Execute IBM Global alliance strategy and objectives + Facilitate top to top IBM Global relationships and program management to mobilize on big strategic bets, accelerate field engagement, and drive action including executing Global Governance Activities + Drive results through disciplined, industrialized Global wide governance with clear accountability across Global level Service Line/practice, sectors, accounts/regions and IBM counterparts + Execute IBM Global Business Reviews feeding insights into Global IBM Alliance executives + Deploy IBM partner programs into Global, driving local activation and compliance + Gain access to IBM Global level programs, coordinating with Global IBM ARD to secure required approvals + Deliver alliance intelligence with complete and accurate Financial reporting, IBM impact/influence + Activate new countries and regions ensuring proper governance is in place, e.g. supporting business plans, executive relationships, operating cadence and enabling alliance contracts + Drive Compliance with internal policies and requirements + Collaborate with Market Enablement team to define Marketing messaging and materials for Global level execution. Collaborate with local Area alliance and Brand Marketing & Communication executives to execute local Alliance marketing activities + Contributes to the Global Alliance and Ecosystem Relationship network by contributing content, knowledge sharing, and market insights This role is based in the US. You can anticipate a mix of virtual work along with regular coordination with other team members across Global and across the Globe. Other geographies will follow their local salary guidelines, which may not be a direct conversion of published US salary ranges. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $228,600 to $452,600 . The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $274,300 to $514,300 . Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
