Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Inbound Topology Program Manager (L6) to define and deliver the future state of our inbound supply chain network. This role sits within the Supply Chain Long Term Planning team and is responsible for shaping upstream topology across IXD (Inbound Cross Dock), SDC (Storage and Distribution Centers), and other inbound network initiatives.
You will own the strategic direction and end-to-end program management of initiatives that improve cost, speed, and scalability across the inbound network. This role requires strong ownership, deep analytical capability, and the ability to influence without authority across a broad set of stakeholders including Stores and Finance.
Key job responsibilities
Inbound Topology Strategy
Define and evolve long-term inbound network strategy across IXD, SDC, and emerging upstream models
Evaluate trade-offs across inventory placement, transportation cost, and lead time
Translate business growth plans into scalable, efficient inbound network designs
Program Ownership & Execution
Own end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional programs from concept through launch and stabilization
Build and manage multi-year roadmaps, including milestones, risks, and dependencies
Drive alignment across Supply Chain, Operations, Stores, Finance, Tech, and partner teams
Analytical & Commercial Leadership
Use data to identify opportunities, validate strategies, and drive decision-making
Partner closely with Stores stakeholders and Finance teams to develop robust business cases, including financial modelling, scenario analysis, and ROI evaluation
Balance customer experience, cost-to-serve, and inventory efficiency in all recommendations
Establish metrics and mechanisms to measure network performance and program success
Stakeholder Influence
Influence senior stakeholders across multiple organizations without direct authority
Lead decision-making in ambiguous situations with competing priorities
Communicate clearly through written narratives and executive-level reviews
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
Challenge existing inbound paradigms and identify step-change improvements
Pilot and scale new inbound capabilities and operating models
Build repeatable frameworks and tools for long-term network planning
