Level P2: IAM Platform Analyst

We are looking for a motivated IAM Platform Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in IAM concepts and willingness to expand their expertise while supporting day-to-day operational activities. The IAM Platform Analyst will work closely with senior team members to streamline processes, support audits, and assist in ongoing improvements to IAM services. This is growth-oriented opportunity for someone eager to deepen their skills in IAM operations and governance while contributing to a secure and efficient identity and access environment. 

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor, triage, and resolve IAM-related incidents and services requests within defined SLA’s.Support access certificate, SOX controls, and audit evidence collection for compliance reporting.Participate in the on-call rotation, responding to after-hours access issues and platform alerts.Assist in maintaining and improving IAM platforms including Okta, Entra, Active Directory, SailPoint, CyberArk, PKI, etc.Contribute to process documentation, playbooks, and operational runbooks for IAM supportStay current with emerging IAM tools, technologies, and best practices.Embrace a continuous learning mindset, contributing to platform modernization and automation efforts.

What you will bring to the table:

2-3  years of experience in IAM operations or enterprise IT with a focus on access management.Working knowledge of IAM tools such as Okta, Entra, SailPoint, CyberArk, or similar.Exposure to authentication protocols like SAML, OIDC, OAuth.Experience with incident and problem management practices.Familiarity with compliance framework (SOX, HIPPA, etc.) and audit processes.Excellent problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Industry certification such as CISSP, CISM or Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM).Experience with scripting or automation (e.g, PowerShell, Python).Experience in a regulated environment (Healthcare, Pharma or Financial Services)

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.  In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.
