Summary:
The IAM Analyst ensures that Huntington’s identity & access management services are designed to be compliant with security and privacy standards and other industry standards and practices.
They support delivery of IAM projects and key milestones while consulting with business units when implementing access for new systems.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assure adherence to required IAM Controls, policies, standards, procedures, guidelines, and processes as well as ensuring the appropriate level of evidence is provided.Will provide technical and consultative support on technical matters pertaining to Identity and Access Management.Participate in creating / maintaining policies and standards.Coordinate the annual policy and standard review process.Participate in remediation of Findings and Action Plans; partner with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line Risk.Support ticketing systems (ServiceNow, etc.)Drive continuous improvement of IAM operational and compliance processes.Support project delivery, as needed.Basic Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in Information Security or in management of a cross functional department 1+ years of experience gathering requirements and demonstrating successful deliveryAssociate's degreePreferred Qualifications:
CompTIA Security+ or similar Prior experience with Active Directory administration skills, including AD monitoring, troubleshooting, and Group Policy Management Prior experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) or Privileged Identity Management (PIM) concepts and processes Prior experience with Active Directory, SailPoint, ServiceNow.#Hybrid

Compensation Range:
$49,925 - $92,575 Annual SalaryThe compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan. In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
