About the Role

Looking for an experienced Order-to-Cash Subject Matter Expert with strong leadership skills to join our OTC Tower. In this role, you will serve as the go-to expert for all aspects of the O2C cycle while helping shape strategy, mentor teams, and drive operational excellence. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to optimize processes, resolve complex issues, and ensure best practices are implemented consistently across regions.

What will be your key responsibilities?

Lead as the O2C subject matter expert, covering credit, billing, collections, cash application, dispute management, and trade finance.Guide and coach Hub and Spoke teams to build expertise, strengthen performance, and ensure knowledge transfer while building collaboration.Collaborate with finance, operations, and business leaders to align on priorities and deliver impactful results.Serve as a trusted escalation point, resolving complex customer and process challenges.Analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and drive initiatives that improve efficiency and reduce risk.Support ERP/system implementations and automation efforts, ensuring O2C requirements are met.Champion standardization, compliance, and continuous improvement across EU operations.

What are we looking for?

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field5+ years of progressive experience in Order-to-Cash, including leadership or SME-level responsibilities.Strong expertise in ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and related O2C tools.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a track record of driving process improvements.Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence and partner across all levels of the organization.Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment.
