Opportunity Snapshot:
Compensation: $30-40/hour DOELocation: Whitsett, TXWork Schedule: M-F / 40 hours+Assignment Duration: 12 months+Benefits: Comprehensive insurance with 401(k), Holidays and PTOMust live within 60 miles of the site Responsibilities Assist in the installation and configuration of control systems, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs), remote terminal unit (RTU), and human-machine interfaces (HMIs)Maintains good working relationships with Client production, midstream, and water groupsPerform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on control systems to ensure reliable and efficient operation.Assist in the testing and commissioning of new control systemsRead and interpret technical documentation such as electrical and pneumatic schematics, loop drawings, and control narrativesCollaborate with other automation team members and cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issuesParticipate in safety meetings, safety audits, and safety programs to ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocolsDocument and maintain records of control system configuration changes, maintenance activities, and equipment inventoryStay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends in automation systems Qualifications Familiarity with industrial control systems, such as PLCs, RTU, and HMIsMust have experience with ROC, Total Flow, and PneumaticsAbility to read and interpret technical documentationStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailGood communication and teamwork skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentKnowledge of safety regulations and protocolsGood driving record required Position will be filled at a level commensurate with experienceHigh School diploma or GED required
