About this Role NorthStar Energy Services is seeking a seasonedInstrumentation & Electrical (I&E) Superintendentto oversee all electrical and instrumentation construction activities for projects based out of our Channelview, TX. This leadership role ensures safe, high-quality, and efficient execution of I&E work in compliance with project specifications, industry codes, and client standards. What You'll Do + Supervise and coordinate daily I&E field operations, including labor, subcontractors, tools, and materials. + Interpret electrical and instrumentation drawings, P&IDs, and loop diagrams. + Schedule work activities and monitor progress to meet project milestones and deadlines. + Ensure adherence to all safety policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations. + Conduct quality checks and troubleshoot issues related to electrical and instrumentation systems. + Interface with engineering, procurement, and project management teams to ensure alignment on scope and execution. + Maintain accurate daily reports and documentation of labor, equipment, materials, and work performed. + Assist in estimating, planning, and scheduling I&E scopes for future projects. + Mentor and lead field I&E personnel to promote workforce development and performance. + Be knowledgeable in tracking projects completion percentages and project budgets.
