Opportunity Snapshot:
Compensation: $28-33/hourLocation: Baytown, TXAssignment Duration: 12 months+Work Schedule: M-F, 40 hours per week, night shiftBenefits: Comprehensive medical and dental with 401(k), PTO and holidays Responsibilities Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on main production linesInspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical and instrumentation equipment and panels in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and manufacturer’s specificationsPerform predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance on production lines and equipmentExecute troubleshooting and root cause analysis during corrective maintenance on main production lines and equipmentMaintain production lines’ main components, like conveyors, rollers, gearmotors, chains, pneumatic components, valves and other related electrical, automation and mechanical equipmentPerform overhaul of equipment, components replacement, alignments, and calibration to specificationsOpen, update and close assigned Work Orders utilizing CMMS (MPulse)Identify, address, and notify to Maintenance Supervisor or Manager about any maintenance related deviation or requirement from internal customers (i.e.: Production Department, Safety Department, etc.)Maintain communication among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needsProvide solutions and corrective/preventative actions on problems/troubleshootingMaintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulationsCommit to OCS Blue & OSHA Safety facility StandardAny other maintenance related task assigned by Maintenance Supervisor or Manager
Qualifications Knowledge and use of basic hand tools, I&E equipment (Multimeter, Meggers, etc.)Familiarity with CMMS SystemsKnowledge of safety regulations, energy isolation, lockout, JSAs, and line breaking proceduresAbility to work on high voltage and to work near exposed energized electrical linesMechanical maintenance knowledge is a plusAbility to drive a company vehicle to perform dutiesUnique ability to work in and contribute to a high performance, team-based work cultureAble to read, write and comprehend English as well as basic math skillsHigh School Diploma required
