Compensation: $80/hourLocation: Carlsbad, NMAssignment Duration: 12 months+Work Schedule: M-F / 40 hoursBenefits: Comprehensive insurance with 401(k), Holidays and PTO Responsibilities Understand and execute assigned construction tasks within the project scopeUnderstand and interpret plans and specificationsSuccessfully execute projects within contracted schedule and budgetWork with multi-discipline engineering teams monitoring and controlling scope, schedule and budgetManage field crews and operation and maintenance of earthwork equipmentRespond to field and client information requestsChampion Worker Safety ProgramsOversee site contractor fabrication, construction, and hookup work activities during Execution PhaseServe as member of the Project Team (PT) when project assignedProvide the interface between the work face and the Construction Site Manager or Construction Site Lead QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED; Associates Degree in Electronics and/or relevant training preferred
10+ years of hands-on, electrical field construction work on oil and gas projects; with at least 5+ years in a Supervisory role upholding the integrity of the construction/execution process
Must have prior construction experience around various onshore oil & gas developments; pipelines, compressor stations, production facilities, and well pad facilities, etc
Must have prior experience using related electrical equipment
Prior Utility experience is preferred
Strong working knowledge of oil and gas production systems and process flow, associated electrical systems and electrical components, including power generation and distribution; must be proficient in P&IDs
Active Journeyman's License preferred
