I &C Design Specialist

Summary: Seeking an I&C Design Specialist to focus on instrumentation and controls design and construction, ensuring technical quality and adherence to project schedules.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or equivalent vocational degree in Electrical, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering Minimum of 4 years experience with Instrumentation & Controls/Life Safety Systems Ability to generate complete design packages (e.g. P&IDs, I/O lists, wiring diagrams) Working knowledge of PLC, DCS, Fire Alarm and Life Safety System regulations EIT certification or PE license; NICET Certification for Fire Alarm Systems Experience with semiconductor fabrication facilities

Preferred Skills:

Field experience with subcontractors and construction personnel Familiarity with Siemens PLC systems; Edwards EST3/EST4 Fire Alarm Control Systems Proficiency in AutoCAD and Navisworks software; UL 508A and NFPA 72 codes

Responsibilities:

Provide on-site assistance during startup; coordinate work activities with team members Produce designs for electrical circuits/panels and control systems for various processes Develop options and optimizations for process control, instrumentation, automation

Pay Details: $33.00 to $45.00 per hour
