Job DescriptionSupport in coordinating assigned Hyperautomation use cases, helping to move them from idea stage through development and into operations;Assist in the design, development, and implementation of simple automated solutions using OutSystems, Microsoft Power Apps, and related low-code tools;Help combine different IT tools and platforms to build efficient automation workflows;Support troubleshooting activities by identifying issues in apps or workflows and performing basic tests to ensure functionality and reliability;Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting enhancements to existing solutions.Assist senior colleagues in planning and tracking automation projects;Help create and maintain documentation, such as user guides, process descriptions, and technical notes;Collaborate with other departments to understand business needs and identify opportunities for process automation;Support in creating and maintaining BPMN 2.0 process models, capturing requirements, and defining necessary data elements;Connect data sources to workflows under guidance, ensuring correct data integration and overall solution quality;Support deployment and scaling of automated workflows across teams, plants, or business areas.

QualificationsCompleted vocational training or studies in computer science, business informatics, industrial engineering, or a related field (or comparable practical experience);Initial hands-on experience (internship, project work, or 0–2 years of practical exposure) with low-code/no-code platforms, especially OutSystems and Microsoft Power Apps;Basic understanding of automation concepts such as workflows, app interfaces, and integrations;First exposure to test execution, application testing, or interface validation is a plus;Structured and solution-oriented working style with a willingness to learn;Creative and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving motivation;Basic knowledge of modeling techniques (BPMN 2.0; CMMN/DMN nice to have);Experience with tools like Power BI or interest in learning data visualization is a plus;Curiosity about data technologies and automation tools (e.g., RPA, AI assistants);Good communication and collaboration skills;Ability to work both independently (with guidance) and in a team;High attention to detail and quality.
