Job DescriptionThe Hygiene & Sustainability Supervisor is responsible for supporting and monitoring hygiene, sanitation, food safety, and sustainability practices across hotel operations. This role ensures full compliance with brand standards, local regulations, and international hygiene and sustainability requirements, while promoting a culture of cleanliness, safety, environmental responsibility, and continuous improvement.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Food Safety, Hospitality Management, or related field.Minimum 2–4 years of experience in hygiene, quality assurance, sustainability, or food safety within hospitality or food service.Experience in luxury or upscale hospitality environments is an advantage.Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, ISO standards, and local health regulations.Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive culture change.Additional Information
