Job Title: Cleaning Operative – Weekday Mornings (Fixed Site)

Salary: £12.70 per hour
Hours: 35 hours per week
Shifts: 07:00am – 2:00pm, 5 days out of 7 (includes occasional weekends)
About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaning Operative to join our team and help keep our site safe, clean, and hygienic. Based at a single fixed location, this is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys routine, takes pride in their work, and wants to make a positive impact every day.
What you’ll do:
Carry out daily cleaning tasks to the highest hygiene and safety standards
Support with reactive cleaning needs as they arise
Follow all health and safety, fire safety, and COSHH regulations
Report any issues or hazards to your line manager promptly
Work closely with the wider team to ensure excellent service delivery
What we’re looking for:
Previous cleaning experience is a bonus but not essential
A can-do attitude and willingness to learn
Great attention to detail
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Flexible and reliable with good timekeeping
