As a Hygiene Officer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining food safety and hygiene policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations and international standards, liaising with local authorities, and ensuring compliance with municipal requirements and regulations. The successful candidate will meet the following criteria;

Bachelor's Degree

Previous work experience in a large organization or hotel industry in a similar role will be an advantage.

Certification in Food Safety, Hygiene, or HACCP services

Good working knowledge of ISO 22001 or above, HACCP, and Food Grade/Safety

Excellent communication skills

Language proficiency in written and spoken English

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
