You will oversee the implementation of hygiene policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local regulations, international standards, and IHG brand requirements. Your contribution will directly support the well-being of our guests and colleagues, and uphold our reputation as a 5-star destination. **Your Responsibilities Will Include:** + Monitoring hygiene and sanitation standards in all food production, storage, and service areas. + Conducting regular inspections of kitchens, stewarding, and other relevant departments. + Ensuring compliance with HACCP, local health regulations, and IHG standards. + Coordinating pest control activities and maintaining records. + Training and coaching colleagues on hygiene and food safety practices. + Preparing audit reports and following up on corrective actions. + Supporting the kitchen and stewarding teams in maintaining a safe and hygienic work environment. **What we need from you** + Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field (preferred). + Minimum 1 years’ experience in hygiene/food safety within the hospitality industry. + Knowledge of HACCP, ISO standards, and local health regulations. + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. + Ability to train and influence others effectively. + Proactive, responsible, and committed to maintaining the highest hygiene standards. **What you can expect from us:** We give our people everything they need to succeed.
